In my newest book Hey Girl! You are LOVED! I talk about preparing yourself spiritually. Fasting and the Daniel Fast was a major source of clarity. I am going to end Lent with a bang and do the Daniel Fast for the last 21 days. I would love for you to join!
We will will start the Daniel Fast Sunday, March 19 and the final day is Saturday, April 8. Have you ever done the Daniel Fast before? No worries if this is your first time or it has been a long time since you have done one like me. This is an online community to provide support to one another. There is also a light element of accountability which will hopefully inspire and empower you to do your very best. Here you can connect with others to get meal ideas, recipes, share pictures and more. You can just simply pop in and say hello or you can just read through posts and choose to jump in when you are ready if at all. Guarantee it will be a good time.
