Michelle Eubanks is a Transformational People & Culture leader  with 20+ years driving HR transformation. In 2025 she gained the Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) demonstrating a commitment to her passion. She specializes in building HR functions from the ground up, implementing enterprise HR technology, and creating data-driven talent strategies with an immense understanding of diversity & inclusion. 

Michelle has led global HRIS implementations (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow) and managed cross-functional teams across 65+ countries. These organizations ranged from publicly traded, non profit and small business. Today, Michelle helps individuals and growing companies build HR infrastructure through fractional leadership and strategic consulting.

Based in Los Angeles, Michelle is also a published author and mother of two. After navigating the loss of her late husband to cancer while building her career, she brings deep empathy and resilience to her leadership approach. She's passionate about helping organizations create workplaces where people can thrive—because she understands firsthand how wellness and performance are interconnected.​
